HTC Home is a free and open source performance measurement app and widget developed by Stealth for Windows, it's attractive and portable.

Mimics the HTC home screen on Android phones -- but for Windows
HTC Home is first of all a widget with a clock, weather forecast and realistic animation. You can watch clouds floating across your desktop, rain drops slide down your screen and even lightning striking here and there. The quality and accuracy of weather forecast are guaranteed by The Weather Channel and MSN and others.
HTC Home 2 is analogous to the weather widget for HTC communicators. The program can be installed to your PC with Windows Vista or Windows 7.

HTC Home can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
